Brum fans call for strikers

BIRMINGHAM City fans say their team’s lack of firepower is going to cost them this season and reinforcements are badly needed.

The PlanetBlues website said that the defeat to City showed that the season had started too early for the St Andrew’s outfit.

The front two are way off match fitness as is Izzet who replaced Butt mysteriously. Without Heskey the attack is powder puff and the defence is under so much pressure not to concede they are bound to be uncertain.

Interesting to note was their claims for a couple of penalties, the first I think Butt was looking for it and the second saw Jordan spin round and the ball hitting his hand.
